Do you play relaxing music throughout the day and/or in your classroom? My students love the calming feeling it creates (and so does this teacher). Play it in the background, or have it going on the front projector in your classroom. In fact, I used to upload this to Classroom Screen (via youtube) and have it playing on my front projector. We all loved the visuals and music (I noticed the calming effect immediately). Ahhhh, literally music to my ears (silence)! 😂🎶
